Radio-exchange in air is one thing, military communications on land – another story, police has 10-codes and own usus, truck pushers in field ops– far from all above, truck drivers, again another story, drilling people – special language etc. The Asker makes it difficult while hiding the context.

первый, первый, я второй Уважаемая Анна, возможно, предложенный вариант "First, First! This is Second." и имеет право на существование, однако, как мне кажется, это скорее русская калька. Я "полевик" в американской компании и хорошо знаю обиход радиообмена, принятый у американцев. У нас скорее сказали бы что-то вроде: "Station One, this is Station Two" или "Zero One, this is Zero Two", вариант "One, this is Two" не годится, слишком коротко. Если речь идет о переговорах между какими-то установками - "Rig One, this is Rig Two", если это большие машины "Truck One и т. д., если легковые - "Station One". В любом случае перед числительным идет какой-то префикс. А в каком контексте у Вас этот заголовок. Прием.
