Или "To show off means more than money".

(a person's) pride is worth a lot

Explanation:

A mensch's kavod is vert a sach" (a person's pride is worth a whole lot as well)."

  • "Much pride is worth to us who are penniless beggars!"
  • "A lover’s pride is worth little."

"Bling Bling" is a 1999 hit hip-hop song by The B.G., featuring his Cash Money Records labelmates Juvenile, Lil' Wayne, Turk, Baby, and Mannie Fresh. The song, and its many follow-ups from the label, popularized a hip hop slang term which refers to expensive jewelry and other accoutrements. The term is thought to be derived from the onomatopoeia of a visual effect used to denote light glistening off metal or jewels.

конечно же, life style - не понт, но есть одинаково bling-bling life style and понтовый стиль жизни...

make a splash, informal
attract a great deal of attention.

bling bling

1) A style of flashy attire, usually chains, worn by those pretending to be gangersters of some sort in an attempt to be the largest and flashiest looking.

Direct examples may be found in most rap videos, although the origins of this behaviour may be traced back to the male peacock, whose large tail allowed him to attract several mates while at the same time rendering him defenseless against predators, or in the case of rappers, useless to society.

BLING-BLING IS BETTER THAN A SHILLING.
