As someone familiar with LLC laws and formation procedures, I can assure you that authorized capital would not be appropriate. Authorized capital is used in reference to corporations, and I can tell by "Уставный капитал и доли участников" that this is likely from an LLC Operating Agreement. As the "authorized capital" wiki link posted below shows, this term refers to shares issued to shareholders -- this does not apply to an LLC, which is divided as ownership interests/membership units -- NOT shares. As such, the term really appears as Company Capital in the agreement. Take a look on onecle.com at as many LLC Operating Agreements/Articles of Organization as you like -- you will find that authorized capital is NOT the appropriate term for this type of company.
