Asker: Мне нравится Ваш вариант, но в моем случае он не очень подходит. Можно ли использовать (law)suit? Потому что у меня речь идет об иске о расторжении брака и лишении родительских прав. A suit for divorce and termination of parental rights. Плюс есть краткая резулюция суда - "иск удовлетворить". Только я не у верена, какой глагол используется со suit: to grant, to satisfy, ...?
