Понятно, что проведена какая-то репарация или иная -ация артерии, просто трудно представить, как, например, дилатация превратилась в климантацию в нормально написанном и вполне грамотном тексте... Я заказчику файл уже отослала, сделав примечание о том, что такое слово не существует.
