I'm trying not to:-) . All my doctors, save a fantastic eye doctor affordable thru a separate VSP, are still in SPb! In fact, he recommended Fedorov's clinic too! should I need something really expensive here. Annual maintenance and some fairly serious procedures in private clinics, together with a mileage ticket to the date with the best city in the world, make medical encounters pleasant, cheap and effective.
