Underneath "НАТРИЯ ХЛОРИД БУФУС" and "натрия хлорид", you can see that БУФУС (in capital letters) is followed by a very small symbol, I think it's a letter R inside a circle. That would mean that it's a registered trademark, a product name. So I think perhaps it should be written with a capital B in English.
