Я 13.08.2009 г получил травму разрыв внутренний полости живота, перенес две операции
12.08.2009 с 20:00 я получил задание от сменный мастера, отобрать образцы рулонов.

В 21:00 дали крановщицу, отобрал с рулонов образцы и отпустил крановщицу. 

Я стал мять обрезки листов в отходы, с тонкой толщины и потом стал с толстой толщины.

Когда я согнул толстый толщины металл по пополам и у меня нога соскользнула от металла и от пружинила в живот.

If I understand this correctly, he was bending a piece of thick sheet metal by standing on it and it slipped out from under his foot and hit him in the stomach. Does that sound right?
