Maybe the following website would be useful for you: www.sokr.ru, you can find there wide range of abreviations. Unfortunately, "КОО" offers three meanings at all. I suppose the most likely is "limited company". Very interesting question. You made me hesitate whether LTD means "о.о.о", resp. "к.о.о". See http://encyclopedia.thefreedictionary.com/Types of companies...
