Asker: This is from the Ushinsky Odessa State Teaching Institute. There are four of these classes that begin with Курсовая по. They are listed in the middle of all of the other classes. At the bottom of the page nothing is listed after "и защитал(а) дипломный проект (работу) на тему: There's no mention of a degree received, and there's no indication of what age the student was on completion. However, she did have a специальность, and the classes lasted four years. This leads me to believe this is her undergrad work.
