neutral  Katia Gygax: Mais "aléatoire ne vire-t-il pas vers "occasionnel"? "Необязательность" c'est un peu différent./Justement, volonté de non-application, c'est très russe.

  -> au sens littéral vous avez raison, mais dans l'esprit il me semble que cela peut aussi convenir. "facultatif" est évidemment excellent, sauf peut-être qu'il implique une volonté de non-application, alors qu'en Russie, cela peut simplement venir du laxisme
