  -> ¡Gracias por tu acuerdo! Yo prefiero "con suavidad" como he traducido o, por supuesto, "suavemente" que es lo mismo. "Simplemente" no lo usaría porque en mi opinión, el mensaje es que no hay que esforzarse en el ejercicio o ejercitarse con brusquedad.
