Volledige zin: "No evro
tselenapravlenno sotryasalo takzhe bolee sil'nye pravitel'stva Anglii, Frantsii, i Germanii, gde obshtshestvennoe mnenie vrazhdebno ili skeptitchno po otnosheniyu k edinoy valyute."

Volgens mijn prof moet na 'valyute', aan het einde van de zin, nog een werkwoord komen, anders is de zin niet volledig. Heeft iemand een suggestie?

obschestvennoje mnenije (jest') vrazhdebno ili skeptitchno po otnosheniyu k edinoi valyute
