balance sheet with a negative NWC (Net Working Capital) Explanation: Из опыта своей работы в кредитном отделе банка помню, что неликвидными назывались балансы с отрицательной суммой собственных оборотных средств (СОС), которые расчитывались путем вычитания итога 1 раздела актива (основные средства) из итога первого раздела пассива баланса (источники собственных средств). Кредитовать такие предприятия строго-настрого запрещалось.
