Russian to English translations [Non-PRO] Art/Literary
Russian term or phrase:prohodit po marshrutu, s zayezdom
puteshestviye prohodilo po marshrutu ....
s zaezdom v ....
The itinerary included visits to ... (YOU MAY ADD: also popping in at ...).
1) According to the context provided, "prohodiLo po marshrutu" is IN THE PAST!
2) Besides, in Russian "prohodilo po marshrutu" (often with a colon) will ALMOST DEFINITELY be followed by a string of cities, places of interest, and suchlike, therefore be careful!
3) As far asI know, "a pop-in at a (a city, place of interest, etc)" would be more typical usage of English tourist leaflets than "a visit to".
