follower - последователь, приверженец;
fellow - товарищ, собрат;
supporter - сторонник, приверженец;
brother-in-arms - можно перевести п-разному, в зависимости от контекста.

Если речь идет все-таки не о дружбе, а об единомышлии об какой-нибудь идее, работе и.т.д., все-таки наиболее подходящим кажется идпользование слова follower.
