Reflected Explanation: I like to use "reflected" for amounts entered in accounting records. For your query, depending upon whether this is an accounting document, I would say something like "the entire outstanding account [payable/receivable -- they are both задолженность] was kept off the books" or "the entire debt was accounted for on the company's non-balance sheet accounts."
