English translation:free carrier
Explanation:
hey Keegan!
This is a customs term (called Intoterm, that I learned at PW...and you should know too?). It means "free carrier". See links below for examples.

FCA: Free carrier.

Means free on carrier. The merchandise is turned over to the carrier in a predetermined location and from that point on it is the responsibility of the purchaser.

Free Carrier (FCA) point of dispatch

Explanation:
This is a sample text from a contract :

"The Buyer has bought on the term -
Free Carrier (FCA) point of dispatch -
two-button biometrical manipulators..."

Implicated, instead "point of dispatch",
name of that point should be included,
for example - "FCA Moscow".

(About FCA - see INCOTERMS (International Commerce Terms))

free carrier of cargo (property -> USA) ( FCA ) point of exit

Explanation:
Indeed, you might use also

franco carrier of cargo - франко-перевозчик
free carrier of property (used in USA)

FCA is the abbreviation of "Free Carrier", "Free Carrier Agent" (see also terms in the article "Incoterms" of www.Lingvo.ru)

As for PUNKT OTPRAVLENIYA please not that

for airtickets it can sound as "departure point" or "point of departure"

for sending business mail = "departure office"

for cargo and goods delivery = point of exit (this term is also well understood by legal officers and CUSTOMS!)
In some cases (business lesicon) they use also the terms (related to customs)
1. (customs office at) point of exit
2. (customs office of) departure
3. таможня в пункте отправления = customs office outward.

Hope you can easily reach that www.lingvo.ru site and look there other Incoterms

Yours,
Tagir.
