agree  Natalie: В соответствии с рекомендуемой номенклатурой дел в вузах. В люом случае, "Л/ст" - часть регистрационного номера документа (приказа) и по идее должна вообще остаться без изменений (но, поскольку это не паспорт, то возможна транслитерация)
