тоже поэтично
The day's car ride was far from dull. Because of a recently washed out road, we had to take "the long way" to the access point. We were stopped five times for a total of about 3-4 hours: once for a refueling road grader reluctant to pull over, once for a recent landslide, once for directions after getting lost trying to reroute, once to help unload and push out a truck with its rear axle caught on a deep rut crest, and once as we got stuck in the mud.
