Bus/Financial - Finance (general)
Russian term or phrase: МРО and Купленная электрическая энергия
This is on a Russian utility Bill, it's obviously an acronym, but of what? Context : лиц. счет.........МРО 99 ФИО.

Does Купленная электрическая энергия mean something like "electricy on credit" ie, there will be no bill as there is some credit, or does it actually mean "bought electricity" as in someone has bought a card or something else by themselves?

Any help would be appreciated!
