Депортированные лица - лица (граждане бывшего СССР), которые в период 1941 – 1944 годов были переселены в принудительном порядке на ***спецпоселение*** по решению органов государственной власти бывшего СССР либо союзных республик из мест постоянного проживания.

Желательно соответствующий термин из англоязычной литературы, которая описывает это явление - если он есть.
