The entry in Multitran refers to Microsoft terminology. Read more:

I don’t think the translator must always blindly follow someone else’s corporate terminology.

If you need to keep the word обслуживаемый, I would translate it as served. However, I believe that in many cases you can omit the word обслуживаемый if the context allows that.

IBM 'Unable to relay' error when trying to send email in Maximo - United States

This behavior occurs because some Microsoft SMTP products do not perform a directory lookup before they accept SMTP e-mail messages for delivery. Microsoft SMTP products only check the recipient's domain to see if it is a local domain or an explicitly permitted domain. If the recipient's domain is not a local domain or a permitted domain, the SMTP server responds with an error message that is similar to the following:

550 5.7.1 Relaying prohibited

Notes to answerer
Asker: The term "обслуживаемый домен" comes up in the document many times. I have always translated it as "serviced domain" in the past, but Multitran is now suggesting "accepted domain". I am confused.
