The claim along with the Examination report shall be sent to the Seller by registered letter within thirty calendar days from the date when the Documentation discrepancy is detected.

If the Documentation or any part thereof is out of terms of the Contract in respect of quantity, quality or completeness, the Buyer shall assert a claim to the Buyer.
