Explanation:
I don't have any changes to the translation, maybe just a bit of amplification. Yes efrejtor would be an E-3 equivalent in the US military. So for the Navy it would be a Seaman 1st, Air Force would be an Ariman First Class, Army would be Private First Class, Marines would be Lance Corporal. I hope this helps....
