I think it is a quite simple think. R-R duration is in seconds, so you can have an updated value of heart rate frequency with every next heartbeat, dividing 1 by R-R duration. Thus you can make a graph of how heart rate frequency changes with time. Such graph can be called a tachogram - a graphic representation of heart rate data.

Doesn't seem to be very many hits on the internet for this in a medical context. There may be a more commonly-used name for this, but I can't find it. I've no choice but to go with "tachogram". Thx, Maksym
