verrucous papilloma

Explanation:
This seems to be one of about 80 known Human Papilomaviruses (HPVs). Some of them cause warts (papillomas). See more info about HPVs on http://www.graylab.ac.uk/cancernet/600320.html

Papilloma is a benign tumor (e.g. a wart), which results from an overgrowth of epithelial tissue on papillae of vascularized connective tissue (such as of the skin).

In this instance, to show that the manifested result is a wart, I think it will be better, if the papilloma type is specified as “wart papilloma”, instead of saying the general “papilloma”. Furthermore, since the Latin medical term for “wart” is “verruca” (see http://cal.vet.upenn.edu/pathterms/glossary/glossary.htm) (and doctors often prefer Latin terms), I believe that the best option is “verrucous papilloma”.
