Recall also that in English the two words exists: bronchoectatic and bronchoextasic. But I have never met combination bronchoectatic disease or bronchoextasic disease. As for bronchoectasis, this phenomenon appears on some advanced stages of chronic diseases of lungs (e.g., frequent or chronic pneumonia, chronic bronchitis, obstruction of tubular tissues, etc.). In view of an abnormal state of the tissue of mainly b r o n c h i o l e s, their space augments locally and forms bubbles which contain portions of serosity. Clearly, these processes violate normal circulation of oxygen and might lead to a variety of posterior diseases of heart. The changed aerohydromechanics of breathing explains a specific noise which appear when suffering patients have difficulties in respiration, breathe in a specific manner, or wheeze.
