I don't like the term "medical business" suggested by Lingvo. Are there some other possibilities?
Thanks in advance

healthcare, medical doctor, physician
Explanation:
As far as I can see without context, it must be about the most general area of being a medical doctor or physician.
Is it a CV?

medical matter, medical issue

Explanation:
Health care is a "system", "organisation", "programme" or "policy". The original Russian meaning of "delo" is "issue, matter or subject".

General Medicine, therapeutic medicine

Explanation:
reading the Russian again I have second thoughts:
Speciality: General Medicine
With capital letters in English. General Medicine is the correct ANSWER as a speciality, as opposed to other specialistes such as Surgery, Psychiatry etc.
In English there is no such speciality as "health care" (a programme, not speciality.)
In Russia, we had Faculties of Lechebnoe Delo - meaning General Medicine (not Surgery or any other speciality)
