Central Sterilization Department
Explanation:
TsSO is a sterilization department in a hospital where all medical tools are being sterilized. Usually this is a big room with several sterilization machines (autoclaves) and really not all hospitals in the former USSR have them. That is why a lot of contagious diseases people get at hospitals when non-sterilized tools are applied.
