...anesthesiology in its curricula. Either "with a course" or "with a program" can be an appropriate English wording for your context.

"Course" in the educational sense usually refers to a specific single class taken. "Study course" may sometimes refer to a path of specialization a student follows. "Course" in the medical sense refers to a treatment regimen or the progression of a pathology. "Hospital surgery division with an anesthesiology course" seems too literal, and doesn't convey any meaning in English. If this is "course", in what sense? Is this hospital division acting as an educational institution and offering a course in anesthesiolgy. If so, then "program" would better describe an array of classes on the study of anesthesiology.
