контекста нет. Есть 2 изображения на мониторе после обследования глазного дня пациента. От руки написано, что виден утонувший хрусталик.....

First, I found this description on a surgical price list in Russian, http://rascheskoff.ru/price/:

Операция с люксацией хрусталика в стекловидное тело
(имплантация ИОЛ AcrySof трехчастная (США) + удаление утонувшего хрусталика)

From there, I came up with "dropped lens", which seems to work:

Note that "drowned lens" and "submerged lens" do not seem to work.

Also note that we do not normally say "eye lens". "Eye" will be clear from your context.
