\"Dream Theory\" seems to be what is needed, from the comments below, which I accept. (Why did they include \"сон\" in the Russian?) I wondered if this was the title of a book by him, but it seems not; I have found a complete list of his works at

and he wrote books entitled \"The Interpretation of Dreams\", \"On Dreams\" and Dreams in Folklore\", but nothing about sleep as such. But his Dream Theory is no doubt well known under this title.
