Russian to English translations [Non-PRO]
Russian term or phrase: patronymic
I cannot "decipher" a word in a Soviet birth certificate:

Belova Zoya Av_ _ _ _movna.
Her nationality is Russian, but I cannot think of any Russian name beginning with Av...
There are 4 or 5 letter in-between. I'm also 100% sure about the beginning and the end.
It could be a rare Russian male name.
J.
English translation:Avdokimovna
