Russian term or phrase: АГК
On a Russian drivers licence, between the place of residence and the number, there is a stamp "АГК". Can anyone confirm that this is part of the identification code and not some abbreviation that should be translated? Thanks in advance.

English translation:most probably this is identification code
Explanation:
Most probably "АГК" is part of the driving licence identification code. Especially if it is below signature of the driver and exactly near the driving identification code. In this case you need not to translate this of course.

As for me, I am not familiar with any <АГК> abbreviation relating to driving licence.
