Russian to English translations [PRO] Law/Patents - Patents
Russian term or phrase:ноу-хау
Данная продукция является ноу-хау XXX.
This refers to a flag and a car decal with information about how to park next to a car with a handicap permit.
Know-how does not seem to fit while I am really not sure if Proprietary products is appropriate.
thanks Jack, I was starting to think I was crazy. I ended up using "know-how" even though it seems really odd to claim the design of something or a product as a know-how. I always thought of know-how as referring more to a process or procedure.
U R Right, Maria, weird application of the term, but maybe you're in the know-how about parking and gassing the car. Personally, I drove in Italy--I'd rather walk! Take care...

Notes to answerer
Asker: how is this possibly relevant?
Asker: XXX stands for the name of the organization that designed these products, not for what these products refer to.
Asker: Alexander, since you are the only one to have answered this question, can you please tell me how you would incorporate your translation of the term into the sentense, keeping in mind that XXX is an organization name? I will close the question once I understand your train of thought.
