automobile laundry

Explanation:
Sounds strange but this is the official term. The second best is the car-washing installation.

Explanation:
As a default. A 'car' may also be translated to Russian as 'a tram' or 'a railroad carriage' or 'a cart', though we can wash them too, if we are specially trained and equipped.

In the United States this is definitely a Car Wash.

Explanation:
At the Car Wash, the car passes through a mechanized washing system (sometimes it is washed by a human though!) which applies soap, water, etc. The driver either pays at the beginning or at the end of the process.

carwash

Explanation:
In fact, this may be any place authorized or deemed fit by the vehicle owner for washing the car, given Russian realities. It would be wonderful, though, if the asker at least transliterated the original Russian. Otherwise, asking for help just doesn't make much sense.

car wash

Explanation:
This is the one and only American English term for a place to wash vehicles... The question is, why was this so difficult from the original Russian? It sounds like the translator is a Russian native speaker who should not be translation Russian to English in this case, perhaps? The question itself contained two spelling errors!

Explanation:
For what it's worth, this is also the only acceptable British English term. I can't imagine anyone using the phrase "automobile laundry"!

"Мойка" or "мойка авт&

Explanation:
These seem to be the terms in use in Russian. Your question is vague, for the folloing reason: in Russia there are self-serve places where YOU YOURSELF can wash your car, automatic places like cheap car washes in the US, and, finally, places where hired workers wash your car, like more expensive quality brushless places in the US. In English, it is NOT clear from yuor question WHO is going to wash the car. If your phrase is a literal translation from Russian, it probably implies a self-service car wash.

Мойка для машин

Explanation:
I hope your computer will pick up cyrillic. I think this is as close as you can get it in Russian, although some context would be helpful in order to give more precise translation.

The request for help was not clearly formulated. A phrase was given in English and an equivalent in English was needed. What has it got to do with Russian?
