English translation:Prefabricated concrete details (tiles)
Explanation:
"Blochnye izdeliya" - it means, concrete details (slabs, bars, panels, tiles as well) that are produced industrially of reinforced concrete (ferroconcrete) and then should be only assembled on a construction site
"Oblitsovka" = "facing", or, when stone is used, it'd be better "lining"

(IMHO)

Good luck

I\' ve just forgotten, Clive.
Sorry

\"shtuchnye izdelia\" in your context seem to be \"tiles\" or \"concrete tiles\", or \"ceramic tiles\" etc.
Generally speaking \"shtuchny\" is an attribute of \"shtuka\" = \"piece\"
\"shtuchnyi kamen\'\" = \"dimension stone\"

Unfortunately I didn't see your note before I had to submit the translation, and I ended up putting "piecework" for shtuchnyye izeliya. 'Tiles' is probably better. The entire paragraph is about concrete fixtures, so 'concrete tiles and (prefabrcated) details' would be fine.
