Люковое устройство сконструировано для непрерывной загрузки состава в движении. При обустройстве люкового устройства как показано на чертеже просыпание руды из состава исключается. При данной конструкции вагонеток практически отсутствует просыпание руды.
Внутренняя ширина горловины и удлинителя люка равно 1.8м, а максимальное пространство между горловиной люка и днищем люка равно 1.05м, что позволяет крупным кускам руды проходить через люк.
Управление люком электропневматическое с контрольной панелью сбоку платформы спереди люка для лучшего обзора люка/вагонетки при погрузке. Пневматические клапана расположены в закрытом коробе вместе с фильтром/смазкой с задней стороны платформы, защищенный от взрывов в рудоспуске и легкодоступен для обслуживания.
Управление потоком руды производится губой люка, с управлением вниз/вверх и горловиной люка с управлением внутрь/наружу и может пневматически закрываться на замок в любом промежуточном положении.
Есть предохранительный засов на каждой стороне люка. Данные засовы управляются вкл/выкл и закроют губу люка механически, когда люк не используется.

Hatch device is designed for continuous train loading on the run. Ore spillage is prevented, if the hatch device is designed as shown on the figure below. Such mine car design prevents guarantees almost complete spillage prevention.
Inside width of the hatch neck and the hatch extension is 1.8 m, maximum distance between the hatch neck the hatch bottom is 1.05 m. This allows large ore pieces to pass through the hatch.
The hatch has an electropneumatic control. A control panel is located on the platform side in front of the hatch. Such location provides for the best view of the hatch/the mine car during the loading. Pneumatic valves are located in the closed box with the lubrication system filter on the rear side of the platform. It is protected from the explosions in the ore chute and easily accessible for maintenance. Ore flow is controlled by a hatch lip moved upward and downward and by a hatch neck moved inward and outward. The hatch is pneumatically locked in any intermediate position. There is a safety catch on each side of the hatch. This catches lock the hatch lip automatically when the hatch is not in use.
