Explanation:
"грунтонепроницаемый" könnte man als "(erd)bodendicht" übersetzen, wobei für "непроницаемый" "undurchlässig" besser passt. "Das (erd)bodendichte Geotextil"? Die beiden Varianten hören sich allerdings zu künstlich an.

Vielleich soll man es andersrum formulieren?!

Rigolen benötigen eine Ummantelung mit einem Filtervlies, einem so genannten Geotextil. Diese Ummantelung verhindert das Einspülen/Eindringen von Bodenmaterial in die Rigole und die damit verbundene Abnahme der Speicherfähigkeit.
