Yes dear p.,
Be assured, it's sanskrit. I'm sure about the language! I'm confirming your point here :)

Yes, you should make your client know. If it's really Sanskrit you ought probably raise your quotes for the job! :)

No problem :) THanks for your help. I am pretty sure it is Sanskrit. I will probably send it back and let me client know.

Thanks again!

Sorry, but I'm a "Sanskrit" guy. :) Nepali or Hindi -- all Greek to me. Still, I just thought you need the translation of all the text, and this would be a too large for kudoZ, that's why my remarks. Good luck :)

Sometimes in Nepali we write "Shree panch Maharaj dhiraj" etc. And I was just confused whether it is a form of Nepali or is it pure Sanskrit
Kirill Semenov Oct 26, 2004:
Hmm, you look like an agency according to your profile... Sorry, if you are not. Yes, it looks like Sanskrit to me.
Non-ProZ.com Oct 26, 2004:
Thanks Kirill! I am a freelance programmer and not an agency, and I just wanted to get confirmation from someone who can read Sanskrit that it is Sanskrit. No need for a translation.
Kirill Semenov Oct 26, 2004:
I see you are an agency so do not hesitate to post it as a job and pay for it. I've seen a job with only three Sanskrit words to translate. And you need five dozens!
Kirill Semenov Oct 26, 2004:
Sorry, but I doubt that anyone would translate such a large piece of text for you for free...

It is Sanskrit and is a eulogy of the King of Nepal

It is Sanskrit and is a eulogy of the King of Nepal.

If you want it translated, please post it as a job as Krill has very rightly said.
