Serbian term or phrase: Shipu Ga Zobla
It is a music album
Robert Kristoffersen
A bit vulgar...
Explanation:
I believe it is the album of 'Inspektor Blažo i kljunovi', meaning 'The Inspector Blažo and pigs'(policemen), since the title you mention above is very much his style. The name is inverted, 'pyke' Serbian we call 'šatrovački' from 'puši ga Blažo'. There is no 'mild' translation of it, but must be put as it is: 'blow it, Blazo'.

agree  Aleksander Vasiljevic: Yeah, it's Belgrade slang. Btw, his nickname is not Blažo, but Blaža, and the name of the group is "Inspektor Blaža i kljunovi". They exist since '95, if I recall correctly. I worked with this guy in a radio-station called "Pingvin" in Belgrade.
