Explanation:
Kod nas se poslednji sprat kod višespratnica često radi kao tzv. povučena etaža. To znači da se fasada poslednjeg sprata povuče za nekoliko metara u odnosu na ravan fasade objekta, a to biva zadato urbanističko-tehničkim uslovima. Ne znam da li postoji poseban izraz za to ali je to svakako etaža na vrhu objekta pa sam predložila kao što je gore navedeno.

disagree  Mira Stepanovic: Koliko ja znam ovo nije adekvatan prevod iz jednostavnog razloga što poslednji sprat (etaža) obično nije i uopšte ne mora da bude povučen u odnosu na fasadu. "Top floor" je samo prevod za "poslednji sprat/etaža, a "povučena etaža" može biti i u prizemlju.

  -> Ja sam upravo i objasnila da to nije prevod za izraz "povučena etaža". U ovom slučaju se misli na poslednju etažu i nije pogrešno ako se to prevede kao "top floor". Izraz "povučena etaža" se koristi samo za poslednji nivo, nikada za prizemlje.

disagree  Mira Stepanovic: Loft = tavanski prostor, potkrovlje, tavan "Povučena etaža" može biti i u prizemlju ili na bilo kom spratu zgrade./ "Povučena etaža" means that that floor is retracted, its facade is not in line with the facade of other floors, its area is smaller.

  -> tavan - attic. Tavanski prostor = attic space. Onda ja nerazumeme sta tacno je "povecena etaza."....hvala Mira :) Htela bi vise objasnjene...
