Nacrt je tako (u odnosu na važeći Zakon) dodatno liberalizovao određene vidove oglašavanja na javnom servisu, počev od product placementa, krolova, komercijalnih emisija, komercijalnih priloga, podeljenog ekrana, interaktivnog oglašavanja itd, koji u aktuelnom zakonu čak ni ne postoje, iako se tokom aktuelne diskusije o Medijskoj strategiji razgovaralo o načinima uvođenja dodatnih ograničenja za oglašavanje na Javnom servisu.
