neutral  Elizabeth Spacilova: This is the Soviet version of the medal (I know the darned things were probably minted in the USSR, but that's beside the point). 'Awardee' is a little awkward.

  -> not only minted but also "adopted" - the same awards were adopted not only in former Czechoslovakia, that is why I used Soviet version as well
