Explanation:
Really not sure Mike but simple "assessment" or "follow-up assessement" (not 100% sure about using follow-up despite "do-") could be the solution. Any chance for a sentence or isit just a list?

In that case, I would go for "assessment" (if it makes sense in the context) unless you already use the term for different source term somewhere else in the same text.

On the second thought, "pre-check" sounds the best though I'm confused by a "do-" bit, which would mean "follow-up" and why the "follow-up" procedes the actual "check" (dohliadka).
