Slovak term or phrase: plegický obsah

'Plegický': I would imagine that this refers to paralysis ('-plegia'), but surely - correct me if I'm wrong - 'plegic' can't be used as a stand-alone adjective in English? Or can it?

It seems it can be used at plegic: https://link.springer.com/article/10.3758/BF03331910. Sorry I couldn't be of more help.

That seems odd to me. How does your translation look with it, in English? This is quite interesting. I've been going back to some of my references on this and I'm a little unsure. Obsah can mean tenor or purport as well.

Notes to answerer
Asker: OK, but it seems more like 'plegic content', referring to what she vomited.

Asker: In response to your note, my thinking on this is basically what I've put in my discussion entry above. I take it that 'obsah' means the stomach content that has been vomited up, and that due to a '-plegic' (paralysed) condition of the digestive tract, it hasn't been digested properly.
