Hola a todos, Quién podrá ayudarme con este término "derecho de llave" esto se refiere a lo que alguien paga al dueño de un negocio o marca para quedarse con el nombre del negocio o la marca. O sea, el costo del nombre de un negocio ya establecido... no sé si me explico.... leí algo de "good will" pero no me suena... se los pongo textual: "la compañía no registra la amortización correspondiente al derecho de llave de la marca Kawasaki, por considerar que dicha marca ha adquirido mayor valor comercial" GRACIAS
