No, I don't think so., if I understand ‘name and likeness’ aright - especially common in the recording industry. The celebrity in question here is to take an active part in promoting /publicising a manufactured product, in the same way that a film actor might promote a perfume /cosmetics / a watch etc..

The 'public' presentation thing is a would-be big PR thing, with all the press TV, etc. invited, but it's not at all relevant to the main issue of the agreement/contract between the celebrity in question and the company s/he 's going to represent.

There is a very common term we use for "convenio de colaboración," but in the field of criminal law.

I think I need to give a more detailed explanation. I apologise for not doing so before, but your answers are off course so far and I think more context is required.
The case is that a very famous celebrity xxx has signed a contract to represent a company xxx to assist them in publicising their products internationally. This agreement is to be presented in public in the near future.
(And I was trying to avoid "collaboration". Hence the problem and my question!)
