D.F.
Although it means Federal Distric I would leave it just the same. I wouldn't use Mexico City either because althoiught they are ussually used as synonims they are not, Mexico City is the capital of the Federal District.
So I would leave it like "Mexico (or here Mexico City), D.F."
All my life living in Mexico City I should know.

Just as a note, Mexico City can also refer to the whole metropolitan area in central Mexico, that actually covers part of the Federal District and part of the state of Mexico.
